About
An operating system for music after release
Pacer exists so great music does not die in a folder. It is an AI-native operating system for artists, labels and music teams, built to help music travel further after release: intelligence, execution and distribution in one platform.
Founder
Inder Phull founded Pacer after more than a decade building at the intersection of music, technology and entertainment. He co-founded Pixelynx with Richie Hawtin and Deadmau5, raising and generating over $40M before the company was acquired by Animoca Brands, and has built projects with Beatport, mau5trap, Pioneer DJ and Spinnin' Records. He was named International Music Summit Visionary of the Year in 2016. He started Pacer from a simple observation: there are thousands of songs sitting in every catalog that nobody has the resource to work. The technology to find them exists. The system to act on them did not.

Chief Marketing Officer
Luke Farrugia has worked in music since 2009, across artist management, promotion, programming and bookings. Alongside that he has spent fifteen years scaling B2B software companies from early stage to $100M+ ARR, in senior roles across five leadership teams. His view is that teams rarely lack effort, talent or tools; what they lack is the system underneath. He now builds AI-native go-to-market systems that hold context and learn over time, which is the operating philosophy behind how Pacer reaches the market, and the reason he is here.
How we work
Three commitments
With you, not instead of you.
Your team sets the direction and approves the work; the system carries it.
Margin from what we deliver.
Part of our commercial model is tied to outcomes we agree together.
Your data stays yours.
Private environments, firewalled per partner, never feeding shared or public models.
Questions people ask before they buy
Who founded Pacer?
Pacer was founded by Inder Phull. He co-founded Pixelynx with Richie Hawtin and Deadmau5, raising and generating over $40M before the company was acquired by Animoca Brands, and has spent more than a decade building at the intersection of music, technology and entertainment.
Is Pacer part of Pixelynx?
No. Pacer is a standalone company. Its founder previously co-founded Pixelynx, which is where the founding credibility comes from, but Pacer is its own venture with its own team, product and partners.
Who advises Pacer?
Pacer is supported by operators and executives from across the music business, spanning label leadership, distribution, publishing and music law. The current advisers are listed on this page.
What is Pacer's mission?
That great music should not die in a folder. Pacer exists to help music travel further after release: to find where a track is gaining momentum, decide what to do next, and put automation to work on it, so the music that has already been made keeps finding its audience.
How can I partner with Pacer?
Distributors, platforms and technology partners can reach the team directly through the Contact page. Pacer is built on open contracts for interoperability, so partnership conversations usually start with where our intelligence and execution can sit inside what you already run.
